The Basics
What is Candy Experience?
Candy Experience is Canada’s premier monthly candy subscription box. Each month, you will receive a specially selected collection of candy from across Canada and beyond. We’ll include sweet, sour, spicy, and everything in between to give you a unique candy experience. You'll receive a different assortment of delicious, mouth-watering candy directly to your doorstep every month.
How much does the subscription cost?
The Original Box, our most popular, is $34.95, with discounts if you purchase the 3-month ($33.95 a month), or 6-month ($33.25 a month) plans.
Our smaller Personal box monthly subscription is $26.00. We offer discounts if you purchase the 3-month ($25.25 a month), or 6-month ($24.75 a month) plans.
The new “Love of Candy” Box is $49.95, with discounts if you purchase the 3-month ($48.95 a month), or 6-month ($47.95 a month) plans. Shipping and Taxes are extra. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars.
What’s in the box?
Each Original Box, our most popular box, features six hand-packed packages of fresh, delicious, specially selected candy, plus our “throw in” candy. You can expect a selection that includes up to 2.5 pounds of sweet, sour, spicy and fruity candy that will make your mouth water.
Our smaller Personal Box includes four full-size packages of fresh, delicious, specially selected candy, plus our “throw in” candy. You can expect a selection that includes up to 1.5 pounds of sweet, sour, spicy and fruity candy that will make you smile!
The new “Love of Candy” includes nine or more full-sized pouches packages of fresh, delicious, specially selected candy, plus our “throw in” candy. You can expect a selection that includes up to 3.5 pounds of sweet, sour, spicy and fruity candy that your taste buds will thank you for.
Give as Gift
Can I give a box as a gift?
Of course you can! Our candy box makes a great gift for any occasion! Select “GIVE AS GIFT” from the homepage or top navigation on any page and then choose your gift plan. You can purchase a One-Time Box, or a 3-month or 6-month gift plan. All gift plans are non-recurring. Our standard subscriptions are recurring until cancelled.
Will I be notified when my gift box ships?
Yes, you will be notified by email when your first and any subsequent monthly boxes ship. Tracking information is provided and boxes are delivered by the end of each month.
Can I include a message inside the box I order as a gift?
Certainly! When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to provide a personalized gift message during the checkout process.
Can I cancel gift box orders?
3-month or 6-month gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring, and are not refundable. Standard subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; just do so before the 5th of the month before renewal. If it is after that, then that month’s box will be shipped and you can cancel subsequent boxes.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We now ship across Canada and the United States! We have shipped to every corner of the country including remote addresses. All prices are in Canadian Dollars so US customers can take advantage of the favourable exchange rate.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer at-cost expedited shipping and now offer a flat-rate shipping option via courier services. Note that at checkout, shipping charges do not appear until you have filled in your shipping information.
When will I get my box?
Monthly subscription boxes ship by the 24th of each month. Delivery times depend on your shipping address, as all orders are shipped from Toronto. Boxes almost always arrive before the end of each month. Feel free to contact us if you need tracking.
When does Candy Experience ship my box?
The cut-off for orders to be delivered the same month is the 20th of that month unless extended. If a box is ordered after the 20th, you will receive next months' box shipped the following month. In some cases, orders after the 20th will still ship the same month and you will receive a shipping notification.
What shipping method do you use?
In Canada we ship using Canada Post or other local couriers depending on your location and chosen shipping method. In the US, we ship via USPS Expedited Parcels. You will be sent a tracking number via email when your box is shipped. If Canada Post can’t leave the package in a secure location, they will leave a card in your mailbox that you can take to your nearest post office to pick up your package. If your address uses a PO number you must include it or your package may not be delivered.
What happens if I move or change my address?
If you need to change your address., log into your account and update your address information. If you have any problems, send us an email at support@candyexperience.ca. Address changes must be in place before the 15th of the month to be effective for orders shipped later that month.
My box was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?
Email support@candyexperience.ca to let us know that your box has been shipped to the wrong address. We will contact you and ask for the correct shipping address. If the box was sent to the wrong address through some fault of ours or Canada Post, we will resend it to you at no charge. Otherwise, we charge a $15 reshipping fee.
Billing
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed for your first box on the day that you sign up and place your order. For subsequent months’ boxes, you will be charged on the 5th of the month for boxes shipping later that month.
How do I update my payment information?
Updating payment information is easy! Click on login. Look for the Payment Methods option and enter your new credit card information. If your latest payment failed, click the “pay” button instead, and enter your new credit card information on the checkout page. To update your billing address, click the “edit” button by your billing address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time; just do so before the 5th of the month. If it is after that, then that month’s box will be processed. We cannot provide refunds and/or stop shipments once the order process has initiated. To cancel, send an email to support@candyexperience.ca from the email address you placed your order from and indicate that you would like to cancel. Pre-paid 3-month or 6-month regular or gift subscriptions are not refundable.

Miscellaneous
What if I have allergies?
The ingredients of each candy are listed on the information card included in your box. Be aware that some products may be manufactured in facilities that also handle peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya), egg, sesame or other common allergens. If you have severe food allergies to common foods, this is probably not the right box for you. We can’t guarantee our products to be allergen free. If you aren’t sure if a product contains allergens, we recommend you do not eat that product.
What happens if there's a problem with my box?
Let us know! If you’re not happy with something, let us know and we’ll fix it. In most cases, we will resend you the damaged or missing item. Contact us at support@candyexperience.ca.
Will I receive the same candy every month?
You will receive different candy month-to-month. A few customer favourites may be repeated through the year but not within a six-month period.
